Sounds like fun. Can't afford the trip costs this year. Maybe next year?
Hi everyone. Just checked might attend, although I'm planning on attending. Can't change it to "will attend" for another two or three weeks until I can verify I get the vacation time, which shouldn't be a problem. Looking forward to meeting everyone. Planning on the Tacoma game on Sunday, but then going down to Hillsboro and Eugene. Looking forward to it.
Airline tickets purchased, rental car reserved, changed RSVP from "maybe" to "I will attend"
Chuck,I look forward to seeing you early & often during the baseball season. With that being said, I plan to provide you with plenty of royal treatment. Since you to the utmost extreme like I do, you'll be getting more than others in the group. I cater to all chasers no matter how little or much you get to hit the road. The slogan works for all of us. That being teamwork makes the dream work. I can't wait for all the fun to start in April. By the time August rolls around, we'll have plenty of new stories to share. Safe travels & happy chasing everybody. Hope to see as many of you during the season. Talk to me so we can make it happen.
Hi Gary,
I am also heading to Coors Field for the game on Aug.20th, flying out of Philly Or Allentown for just over $120. I have free rental days from National Car Rental for my whole trip. And just like the commercial, I pick whatever car I want and go. meaning I can pick a full size or SUV. Plenty for others as well. I have the same option in Seattle for the weekend.
HI all,
I will have plenty of View Level Seats for sale for this whole weekend. Saturday's game is a premium deal because it is Robinson Cano Bobble head night. The tickets I have, will be in the 180 (LF Bleachers) Section as part of my season ticket plan, I can defer to other games. The prices will be about $28 (all in) for the Saturday game, Friday and Sunday's games will only be $22. I will have about 15 - 18 extra tickets for the whole weekend.
Anywhere at any price is fine, Craig. Appreciate you pulling this together.
Thanks for your feedback, Gary. We are already working with the Mariners and have 4 rows reserved in Section 106. I will have pricing info soon. With that being said, anyone is welcome to sit in their preferred section and not with the group!!
I just checked the Mariners' website. They have group sales starting with a minimum of 20 people. Our date is August 22nd, that's classified as a "home run" game. With that being said, tickets on the main level starting in short right field are $44 a ticket, Club seats are $60 & view level are $23. I know everybody has different tastes when it comes to watching a game. Personally I'd get the view level seats. That way we can see the whole field. I prefer to sit right behind home plate less the media does. They always have the view in the ballpark. Since I like to keep score, I like to have the action right in front of me. That way I can know for sure where the ball landed. i like to differentiate between left field, left center, right field & right center. I strongly suggest that if we can't get section 330 which is right behind the dish then somewhere between 325 & 335. The lower the row the better. For $23, we'll be getting our money's worth. I know others will disagree but for extreme people like myself & Chuck Booth, we know that saving money is critical in order to achieve our goals. Why pay double to sit on the main level & miss half of the action. It would be nice to get a gauge on seating preferences first before placing the order.
