Please count my wife and I in for two tickets total. We probably won't be able to do any other events, but are looking forward to meeting other chasers at the game!
One for me as well Craig!
Second annual -- WooHoo!! Looking forward to seeing everyone again!
Sounds great Craig. One for me, thanks!
Hey Everyone! Regarding tickets, we are looking to stay in the $30-39 dollar range and will be on the first level (Right-Field).
I'm looking to go to Denver first on Thursday, August 20th then I plan to fly to Seattle Friday morning. I need to consult Scott Bultman so we can go together. I always rent a car on the road. If anyone needs a ride, let me know. I need to work on the flights. I have plenty of time to piece this together. I'm very much looking forward to seeing everybody. As for tickets, the cheaper the better. Unlike David Lasdon, that's not a priority for me. Put me behind home plate on any level & I'll be a happy camper.
I was disappointed I couldn't make it last year...if I'm free, there is no way I'll miss #2.
Yea, flights from Toronto, with Canadian taxes, are brutal. Plus, the US dollar is kicking our Canadian dollar butt these days. Haven't figured out the hotel yet, but I have seven months.
Last year I spent $248 on round trip airfare and $111.28, including tax, to stay at the SeaTac Doubletree for one night. Even if I can get away with spending $360, I'm spending enough that I want to sit in a good seat. The stadium is the point of the trip. You don't save on the objective. You try to save on hotel, food, and transportation.
David - I agree. I'm already at $900 in airfare, plus I'll be lucky to spend under $800 in hotels for my four day trip. Seattle hotels are brutally expensive, by the way. Double your estimate and you are getting warm.
