Our Second Annual Ballpark Chasers Meetup is almost here! Game day is Saturday, August 22nd- White Sox vs. Mariners. Our event is now sold out.
Saturday’s Itinerary:
11am-2pm: BBQ lunch at Ken Lee's house. Free for Ballpark Chasers and guests. Donations accepted and will go towards the Sports Legacy Institute. BBQ style food, pizza and Ken's Manfish Beer will be served.
3:00-4:00pm: Safeco Field Tour. We are meeting at 2:45pm at the Diamond Club entrance, the doors by the home plate entrance on 1st Ave. Free for Ballpark Chasers and guests. A bobblehead will be held for you; no need to worry about getting in line early. A big thank you to Doug Miller for making this a free event!
6:10pm: White Sox vs. Mariners (Robinson Cano Bobblehead Night)
Transportation: Chuck Booth and Tike Narry will have a rental van and can assist with transportation during the weekend. Please reach out to Chuck at mlbreports@gmail.com to coordinate.

Sunday August 23rd: MiLB game (Tacoma Rainers 5:05pm)*

*Not organized by our staff. Chasers who attend any of these games will coordinate tickets and gatherings themselves.

@Paul. It depends on how many people RSVP. Last year there wasn't a demand for reserving hotel rooms. What is your budget? Will you have a rental car?
Any ideas or group rates on hotels? I plan on being in Seattle from Friday to Sunday.
Just as an FYI for the collectors in the house... the Mariners posted their promotions list today, and 8-22 is a Robinson Cano bobblehead night.

Anyone else interested in going to the Vancouver Canadians on Sun 8/23 vs Tacoma? I've been to the other stadiums and since I'll be in the neighborhood, wanted to add another park to my list as I haven't been to ScotiaBank Field yet. I haven't finalized any plans as it's a bit early but did get the days off work.
