Get there early.  They are advising people to head in early.  There is a lot of construction going on - both road and on the T.

 

I like the Cask n Flagon and Boston Beer Works for before the game.  Where are your seats?

This is a SUPER cool map that shows all of the obstructions for over 36,000 seats within Fenway Park.  Such a great tool when you're out searching for tickets!!
