Toronto Seating

Are the upper and lower decks at Rogers Center separate? In other words, if I have a seat in the upper deck, can I move down to the lower deck?

i bought a $10 upper deck ticket outside and sat in the lower deck, but the ushers do check quite a bit, so you won't be able to get into any really good seats.
the hot dogs were good too, fancy buns!

I think it depends on the size of the crowd. I had read that if you have an upper level seat, you can't move down to the lower level, and they're pretty strict about it. But I've also read that on sparse nights (which is most nights at Rogers these days) you can go to the outfield and get down there that way. I don't think you're supposed to be allowed to though.
