I have seen the Albuquerque Dukes--AAA of LAD-- play in NM. I also say the Salt Lake Buzz--AAA of MIN--play.
  • Tom

It will be there, don't you worry. I'm in the process of moving to Fort Collins... long story. But as soon as I find it AGAIN it will be up here.

The reason I changed my number to 4 is that I saw the Rockies and the Denver Zephyrs play in the original Mile High stadium. The Zephyrs were the AAA afiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers. The Zephyrs moved to Salem, Oregon when CO got the Rockies.

It was a blown running error and am I glad that for some reason, ESPN 2 was off the air at 4:00 am and I did not get the recording. But I got it the second day! How strange that they had to go back and play pre-season again.

Not yet, the only tickets I could find through the Yankee's website were for a Thursday night in August. I might do it anyways.
  • greg

no problem....they are there to be enjoyed.
    Fun spot here you got.

what a cool idea this website is - why didn't someone think of this sooner?! Don't worry, I will put some pictures in as soon as I figure out how! :)

Yeah, do you remember Dawson's tantrum from 1989? He got called out on strikes and threw everything from the dugout on to the field. An all-time classic meltdown!

My Dad is a big Met's fan and we had weekend season tickets when I was about 8-14 years old - right behind home plate. Was awesome!
  • Monica Cripe

OF COURSE.... I love the site

Happy to be onboard. This is a really interesting concept and the site looks great. I would love to pick your brain about the vision...preferably over beers at Pyramid before an M's game!

One question I have: do you have a way to log which ballparks you've been to, besides us just listing them? I think it would be great if you could just have a log of some sort. I realize you guys are just starting out so you have a lot to do. If we could track at least our major league ballparks, that would be fantastic. Beggers can't be choosers, but if eventually it included minor league or possibly college, international...just a thought. Hope I'm not asking for too much my first day here. LOL

    Craig,
I just checked out the push pin thing. That is cool. I look forward to adding that. I have a couple of other friends who have a life goal to see all of the parks so I'll send them the link to the site. This is going to be a lot of fun.

PS-I like the name idea, good suggestion.

  • Matt

thanks craig, the few that are left are ones I'm waiting for a new ballpark to be built, like Oakland, Florida, NY Mets, and have yet to see Washington's new one. How was the game at Chase Field, i was in Phoenix, but the Dbacks were not in town so i just got a park tour?

Hey Craig! Just found this site last night, gonna start setting up my page soon. I am down to 1 park left to see now. As of August 25, 2006, I had seen them all, but with the opening of Nationals Park, I am down 1. Gonna wait until the 2 new ones in NY are open and hit those 3 together.
