I went to Atlanta at the end of July and Denver in the middle of September. Saw the Cardinals play both times. The game at Coors Field was the last home stand with Todd Helton and he hit a homerun in the bottom of the ninth to send the game into extra innings.

We (my husband, two teenage boys, and I) just went to Denver this year. Saw two games and toured the stadium.....7 more to go!! This is such a great site!!! I can't believe how many people have the same dream as us!

  • Larry Miller

I'm part of a group trying to see all of the parks, but are losing some of the checked off parks due to replacement. Last year we saw games in PNC, Citizens Bank Park and Citi Field. This year it was AT&T, O.co and Safeco. We're waiting to see if Biggio gets inducted before we make next year's plans.

hello all, its great to see fellow baseball park chasers like myself. i have been to 12 stadiums so far and have seen 19 stadiums. my goal is to visit atleast two stadiums a year. when i started my quest, it was a group of 7 of us that had this goal to experience a game in every MLB stadium but we are down to myself and another park chasers. i a mets fan but overall a baseball fan i appreciate the game. when i go to these stadium i usually sport the hometown team logo (i tend to buy a t shirt of the hometown).

other than the nyc teams - i started my adventure in June 2003 - i went to my first non ny team game - it was LA Dodgers - Dodgers vs Angels (friday night) you have drive up a mountain to get to the stadium and walk a mile to get in
second experience was later on that year in September of 2013 My friends and I went to Boston to catch the Red Sox vs White Sox game in the heat of a pennant - we were all separated because it is so hard to get more than two seats together at boston - red sox fans are so passionate about there team - loved that
the following year - in July of 2004 - I went to see the SF Giants vs SD Padress it was a day game on a Thursday - wow what a beautiful stadium with some amazing fans - I noticed that these fans are passionate but not evil lol
in august of 2005 - I went to Citizen Bank Park home of the Phillies - it was Saturday night game against the Marlins - beautiful ball parks with lots of nice concession stands and things to do - but the game was boring I guess it was because the phillies werent doing well that season - the only entertainment that night was that crowd did the wave for like an hours
    SD Padres - September 2011
    Anaheim Angels - September 2011
Toronto Blue Jays - April 2012
    Oakland As - June 2012
    Arizona DBacks - June 2013
St. Louis Cardinals - October 2013

Craig: Glad to stumble on the group. My son (who is 5) and I have been to 8 parks over the last two years. Our goal is all 30 before he graduates high school. We have four parks (3 new) on the calendar for 2014. A great adventure for this baseball junkie to introduce his son to the joy of the game!

I spent the summer in Boston, so I did the "Boston MILB affiliates within a day trip" trips, and a "Long term online friend in Pennsylvania bought me tickets to Pirates and Indians" trip and then another random swing through the mid-West to visit online friends and hit ballparks.

I'm currently about halfway through a "How many Liga Mexicana del Pacifico ballparks can I see in 10 days" trip. The answer was going to be '6', but now it looks like it will probably be '5', since Navojoa is not playing nicely with providing a hotel within a 50 peso taxi trip to the stadium.

Hoping to get to Japan, Korea, China or Taiwan (or the full Liga Mexicana) next Northern summer, dependng on where I end up working.

    Love me some ballparks!

  • Kirsten Richards

LOL yes - Most of my baseball exploration is going to be invisible on the widget :-)

  • Kirsten Richards

You're completely right. When I get back from the Los Mochis Caneros vs Hermosillo Naranjas this evening I will edit and add content.

Have just been dumping in a hurry while I have internet. Internet is not always a thing I have at the moment :-)

    Hi Craig

Great website! I've been to 12, my daughter, 14 years old, has been to 11, my son, 8 years old, has been to 10. We have had some great adventures so far. Hoping this website will give us some tips as we make our way to the rest. We are in baseball mourning over here, lol. Looking forward to AZ Spring Training. We have went every year for the past 12 years!

  • Jerry Serafini

    Hi Craig --

Last summer, my 14-year-old son and I flew to the East Coast and saw games at PNC Park, Camden Yards, Citi Field, Citizens Bank Ballpark, Yankee Stadium and Fenway Park. Six stadiums in seven nights. It was an awesome experience to share with my son!!!!
  • Jerry Serafini

We live in San Diego, so I understand completely. I've been to all the parks in California, but need to go back to the Bay and catch a game at AT&T. I saw a Giants game back in the day at Candlestick. Anyway, my son hasn't been to AT&T, OCco, or Angels park. We are either going to do those this summer or fly out to the Midwest and see games at Wrigley, U.S. Cellular, Comerica and Great American Ballpark.

  • Emily Wehmeyer

    Hi Craig!!

I definitely plan on hitting St. Louis and Chicago this summer. Hopefully I can add more stadiums on to the trip but nursing school makes it hard to find time to make those trips!

  • Chris Ferguson

Thanks Craig. We plan on hitting Atlanta and both Florida stadiums this summer. My son and I went to Arlinton, Houston, and Colorado last year. Great site!!
  • Ryan Newton

Hi Craig. We just booked our first trip of the season - heading to Toronto April 26th for the Jays vs. Red Sox series. Other goals this summer are day trips to hopefully Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and New York to try and knock out the Northeast parks we have left in 2014.

  • Mitch Sinatra

Hi Craig. I am hoping to get to Houston and Chicago this year. I would also like to knock off Fenway, Citi Field as well as getting down to Philadelphia this year. I am glad I found this site and am excited for the 2014 season.

  • Ryan Walker

Craig, thanks for the welcome. My son and I started our quest last summer and in looking for some advice on documenting our adventures I came across your web site. I love the site and hope to have a few things posted soon. We are planning a trip to Detroit and Toronto this summer.

  • Ashley Bailey

Hi Craig, thanks for the welcome! I actually just booked flights for a Busch and Kauffman Stadium Trip in May. At&t, coors and chase are all on the agenda as well! Love this site...found all information very helpful. Thank you!

  • Heather Bellman-Seeskin

    Hi Craig,
Thanks or the welcome! Going to Wrigley in April! Just moved from Southern CA to El Paso, so I'm definitely going to be missing Dodger Stadium, and even Angels Stadium this season. Hoping to get to Phoenix and Arlington in the near future. Cheers!
  • Mike Hetman

Hi Craig thanks for asking. I thought this was a very good idea your site and also I can tell that everybody on here is a die hard baseball fan like myself. I plan on going to New York in August to see yankee stadium, my Indians will be there then.
    thanks,
    Mike

  • Casey Tanner

Hey there Craig, Im Casey from Maryville, IL. Just outside of St. Louis, and my team is/always will be the Cards. To answer, yes, Im going to see the Cards play the Rockies on June 23, think thats all I'll be able to do this yr. Nice to meet you, Casey

  • ray felici

  • ray felici

  • Kelsie Tice

    Hi Craig!
Thanks for the welcome, this is such a fun site!
We are headed to Safeco for the first time this summer... Ill be reading up on some of the suggestions for that park. We might also finally check Angel Stadium off the list, as it's only about an hour from home.
Filled out the survey the other day...looking forward to more info on that!!

  • Christopher Lester

Hi Craig, thanks for the greeting. I'm not sure which ballpark we are going to visit this year. I like to take my sons to a lot of Tides games, because it is a lot more family friendly and less expensive. But, we try to got to at least on MLB stadium. Last year we went to the All Star game, which was a blast.

  • Buddy

Thanks Craig! I actually discovered this site right before I left for last summer's trip. When I got to thinking about this year's trip after Christmas I remembered it and joined the site. I think it's a great site and I'm delighted to participate in it.

  • Jamie Blatchford

Thanks for checking in Craig. I'm hoping to pick up a few tricks from this site! I'm going to Spring Training in Arizona, a trip to Miami to see the A's play and cross of the last MLB ballpark on my to do list, hit all the NorCal MiLB parks, and I have a 24 game pack season ticket for Oakland.

  • Ricci Hidalgo

Hi Craig, thank you for the site! Great idea. A few cousins and I are planning a trip to Nationals Park (we are coming from Sacramento, CA). We follow the SF Giants and whoever is playing the LA Dodgers! We are planning the trip for August so we the insight from this site is quite beneficial. Thanks again!!

  • Dave (20+5)

Thanks Craig. This year I'm headed back to Arizona for my 4th spring training (2nd Cactus League). I'm going to try to take a couple of afternoons and finally drive to Detroit and a AAA game in Buffalo. I'm also in the beginning stages of planning a fall trip to the northwest to catch Safeco and a football game at Boise State.

  • Jeff Miller

Actually just booked Detroit, Cleveland, & Chicago (White Sox).

    Stoked!

  • David Dupuis

Thanks! Thinking of a trip up to Wrigley Field in June for Pirates/Cubs or heading out to St. Louis for Pirates/Cards. I know for sure I'll be heading to The Trop for Pirates/Rays in June! Can't wait! Love the website!

  • MJ

Thank you so much! I will be in L.A. in April, and going to catch the Dodgers and Angels that week. I think I will be catching a Rockies game in August, and maybe a Rangers game in early summer.

  • David Lasdon

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, I have quite a summer ahead, but I'm excited to do it. My goal is to go to all 30 parks in a 2 year span from August 13-August 15 and I'll hit at least parks 8-20 this year. Maybe more. I appreciate any advice anyone has for any of my trips.

  • Joel Ungar

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'm hoping to go to Cleveland on June 22 to see my Tigers on the road. If I get really adventurous, might try for Pittsburgh in August.

  • Mike Doherty

Thanks for the welcome note. I live in Orlando so I've been checking off spring training locations. Of the current grapefruit league stadiums, I've been to games at 4, with a 5th planned next week. As far as MLB stadiums, I've been to 5, as well as old Yankee Stadium and old Tiger Stadium. I've gotten my ballpark passports and will continue to check them off as I can.

  • Linda W Reichert

    .

  • Jessica Roeger

Thanks! My boyfriend and I plan on getting out to 1 or 2 parks this summer- nothing set yet though, still trying to figure out a plan. I did see that there will be a meetup at Coors that hopefully we can make it to as well- we go to a lot of Rockies games!

  • Julie Esler

Hey Craig, I have a suggestion. Can you add a "best bars" section to each ballpark? We never know which ones to check out. Maybe start a blog to have people suggest bars they went to and then add them to the guides?

  • Julie Esler

It doesn't even have to be right by the ballpark. But near the ballpark or in the "downtown" area as not all ballparks are in a downtown, but have a more fun area within 20 mins.

  • Sue

Hi Craig,  I am planning to visit Petco Park and Angels Stadium.

I am looking forward to the Meet up at Coors Field Since I live in Denver. It is an awesome park!! Thank, Sue

  • Joe B. Raymond III

Taking a week drive in July.  Starting with Padres, Diamondbacks, Albuquerque Isotopes, Texas Rangers, and MS Braves

  • Lorna Cockerham

We're planning to visit both parks in Missouri this summer and go to Branson on the way.

  • Josh Peterson

Booked a trip May 9-12 to Toronto. As a Jays fan this will be the first time I head to Toronto. The weaker Canadian Dollar made this a good time to head to TO as opposed to a US city to watch them play. Hoping Boston or New York next year.
