Thanks Craig.  We are scheduled to go to Detroit in early July.  I am currently scheduling a trip in August to see the Mets, Yankees, Phillies, Nationals, and Orioles in 5 days.  Love to hear any suggestions that you may have.

  • Brad Kraemer

Thanks for the welcome, nothing planned as of yet. Trying to figure something into holidays not conflicting with kids sports.
  • David Gumner

Hi,Craig - Thanks for the welcome. Trying to figure out a good trip for this summer. Season tix for Padres keeps me at Petco a lot (17 games to date), but will definitely go on the road. Last summer my son and I caught a Saturday night game at Petco, got in the car at 10 PM or so, drove through the night to Oakland for a Sunday day game at O.co, followed by Monday night at AT&T in SF, and Tuesday back down south for a game in LA (well, Anaheim of LA!!).Four ballparks, Four cities, in Four days. Had been to all before, just cool to do the 4x4x4. Any suggestions for another part of the country where we could try that?

No trips planned.  Hope to knock out the rest of the west coast parks that I haven't been to yet.  Seattle, Los Angeles, Anaheim, & San Diego will be the next parks I visit.  Love your site. It's nice to live vicariously through all the other "chasers."

    Thanks for sharing...

Thanks for the welcome!  Going to Cincinnati and Minnesota in 3 weeks.  Excited, we are going to catch the all star game while up in Minnesota.  This will take me down to 5 stadiums left.  The site is awesome, glad I came across it.

Hi Craig,  We are actually planning a cubs, white sox, brewers trip the end of Sept. I sent a message in the report issue tab about the ballpark map. I followed the directions accordingly and all im seeing in the box is the text that i copied and pasted. Not sure if im missing anything. Triet it a few different times. Love what your doing here, even though i just registered, ive used your site for other ballpark trips and its everything i ever needed. Keep up the good work!

  • Elizabeth Slick

Thanks for welcoming me! I actually plan on going to Cleveland, Chicago, and Cincinnati soon to see their ballparks!
  • John Bailey

Thank you Craig. Just saw Philly and Pittsburgh. Will see San Francisco on July 2nd, and Miami the last week of July. Have a business trip to Chicago and Detroit, but it is during the All Star Week.

  • Don (10)

Thanks for the welcome! We went to Wrigley in May, I'm going to Chase Field next week and will be at Kaufman and Busch in late July. Love the site and look forward to all the information.
  • Shane Silver

Thanks for the welcome. Actually, my wife and I just arrived in Denver and we are planning on going to Coors Field tomorrow to see the Rockies play against our Dodgers. The timing of our trip just happened to match up with the Dodgers being here so it is pretty awesome.

We are staying in downtown so we are going to walk to the park but first we are going to eat at Lodo's which was recommended by this site.
  • Shane Silver

Maybe. It is on our list of a possible place to check out.
  • Robert

hello Sir.  I actually have been to 19 ballparks, gotta update that status. I am going To St louis tomorrow and will be going to Seattle next weekend, then only nine to go!

  • Ralph Sims

    Craig,

Thanks for the welcome. I've been to Turner Field in Atlanta about 2 weeks ago. I'd like to go to Pittsburgh and Minnesota this year too.

  • Craig Rose

    Craig,

Thanks for the Welcome, The only plans for a game were this past weekend, where I saw the Mariners & White Sox play 14 innings. No other games are planned because I'm getting married in August.  Love the site, Hopefully I can have the chronicles of my journeys to the ballparks up soon.

  • Stan Costa (16)

Thanks for the Welcome Craig! Had a great time on my 9 stadiums in 9 days trip! Just loaded some pics if you wanted to check them out, and see my BA sign that got me on TV a couple times! Got to see some epic games, like the Tigers walk off Grand Slam, Yanks win over the Sox 6-0, Pirates walk off single, and a rare Mets win on July 4th.

  • Lindy Hall

Thanks, Craig, for the Welcome.  Made it to PNC park this past weekend.  Very nice downtown view from the infield seats behind home plate.  Great view of the Roberto Clemente bridge.  Beautiful retro park.

  • Colman Brodsky

Thanks, Craig. Just finished our doubleheader Saturday and Fenway and plan to hit Progessive for Jim Thome night during the National convention in Cleveland next month. Great site.

  • Brett Nehls

Thanks Craig! Is there some kind of list around here of how many people have achieved the current 30? Just curious.

  • Dave Nugen

Thanks Craig. Sitting in Safeco Field watching bp before game time. I joined late this is ballpark #27!
  • Joe W (26)

Hi Craig and thanks. Three buddies and I have been going to a few parks each year on an annual trip we like to call the Great American Road Trip, or GART. This year is GART IX which includes Oakland, LA Angels and Arizona. That will leave Minnesota as our only stadium left, which we plan to do next year. We actually went to the Metrodome a few years back but need to get back to the new one.

  • Joe W (26)

We have three Reds fans and one Indians fan. Are you a Reds fan? I see you are a member of the Reds fan team.

  • John Neff

Thanks for the welcome. Believe it or not, I actually will finish seeing all 30 stadiums over the previous 38 days on July 11th in Houston. My trip started June 4 in Atlanta and will end July 11.

  • Matt Nowakowski

Thanks for the welcome! I love this site. I was actually in Cincinnati last weekend, and I'm hoping to make a return to Milwaukee later this summer after 20 years. There is a good chance that I'll be going to California next summer where I should add 2-3 more stadiums.

  • Susan Lundgren Heath

Craig, Thanks! Sunday in Cleveland was the halfway point, game #15. We head to Detroit on Friday and Toronto on Sunday. We should have 25 games completed by mid August. Great website and Facebook page.
  • Stacey Flores

Thanks for the message. I'm headed to Detroit next week. Ballpark #28 for me.

  • Jason Frattini

Gonna try for Rodgers Centre at the end of July, possibly just a day trip only 3 hours from Detroit.

  • Mark Ensminger

I am probably making a day trip to St. Louis before too long to catch a game. I am actually in the early stages of planning a trip to a ballpark I haven't seen yet for later this season. I have it narrowed down... to about 10. :-)

I am excited to use the site. I like it already. Thank you!

  • James Schaffer

Yes my family and I are going to Cleveland in September and maybe Pittsburgh. Thanks

  • Matthew Amling

Just got back actually from PNC in Pittsburgh, what an amazing stadium. We had a great time, next up is a trip to Camden Yards hopefully in August

  • Greg Pryor

Just got back from a great trip to Chicago. Saw 2 night games and one day game. Was 65 degrees at U.S. Cell on the Wednesday day game. Sat in first row behind the Royals dugout for the Monday night and Wednesday day game. Was in a suite for the Tuesday night game. What a great atmosphere and great fans in Chicago!

  • David Garner

No plans for 2nd a 2nd half trip. I'm just back from a trip to Phoenix, LA, SF & Oakland which saw me add Chase Field to my list. I also caught games at Dodgers Stadium, AT&T and o.co Colisuem all ballparks I've been to before along with Angels Stadium and Petco in that area.

Being an Indians fan from Manchester, England in the UK I don't get to the States that often but try to fit in trips with the Indians schedule, so Phoenix and LA and other big series SF-Oakland this time. Although I follow baseball closely from here. Helped by the MLB.TV subscription.

The next trip is likely to be the mid-west for Kansas, St Louis and Colorado.

  • Bob Bruce

No. We just did Minnesota and St. Louis (both vs. Rays) and we won all 3 games we saw and swept both series! SO that was Fun!

  • Jay Dot Stacey

Thank you! I Just got back from Cleveland. Progressive Field is now checked off my list. Still learning about this website. Thanks!
    Stacey

  • Holly Dohrman

We will probably get up to Seattle for a game but we've had a busy summer so no big trips this year. I'm really hoping to do a California/Arizona trip next summer to see games there. There's so many teams to see in that area.

  • Myrna Hill

Hi Craig-- Thanks! I found your group while researching a trip to see the Nationals park in August by way of NYC where we will attend a game at new Yankee Stadium. We did the southern 3 in California last month. Any suggestions for traveling from NYC to Washington DC and for safe lodging near the park. Any suggestions would be great. THANKS!

  • Chris Kempf 13

    Hi Craig

Yes, planning a trip end of August to see relatives in the Twin Cities. Driving to see the St Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Royals along with a pit stop on the way to catch the Omaha Cubs. Have tickets for KC and the Cubs, but finding the Cards tickets very pricy because my wife doesn't like to sit up high. Any suggestions? Thanks and love your website!
    Chris

  • Kevin Austin

Craig - what a great site you've created here!

No big trips planned for the second half. I'm fortunate that I live outside of Philly, so it's really easy for me to take day trips to 5 or so MLB parks, and a dozen or more MiLB stadiums. Once the kids get a bit older I hope to make more and bigger/longer trips.

I'd love to hear your feedback on this idea - http://www.ballparkchasers.com/forum/topics/mobile-app-web-site-for... - are you aware of any site or app that does this?

  • Linda Ornelas

Thanks, Craig, for the warm welcome. I just returned from AT&T Park (first visit), and earlier this season returned to Yankee Stadium, Dodger Stadium and Safeco Field. No plans for the rest of the season because a minor surgery will derail travel for a while. Glad to have stumbled on this site to find others interested in visiting all the parks.
  • Eric

I am hoping to see Target Field in August or maybe see the Brew Crew play the Giants over labor day...

  • Eric

    Hey Craig...
Just joined the site and so far it's pretty cool! Ihad to tell my brother about it since he and I have been always comparing stadiums and trying to out number each other...

I'm not sure if you've thought of this or heard this in the forums but I have a suggestion. I am wondering if you ever thought to put out the retired stadiums out there on the Ball park Map? I know I have visited a few stadiums that don't show up on the map anymore like County Stadium in Milwaukee, The old Jack Murphy stadium in San Diego, and Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia. I am sure there are others but these are the ones that I've been at.

    Great site!

  • Todd Dattalo

Thanks Craig - great site. To answer your question, yes, I just returned from Colorado last night. We also did Atlanta, Tampa and Miami this summer. My son is 10 years old and we are on pace to finish all 30 ballparks by the time he's 14. We only have 14 more to go. I'm a huge Yankee fan living in Texas. We haven't been to the new stadium yet, that's going to be the last one we do, along with a side trip to Cooperstown. Funny thing is, we have been to every stadium in the northeast other than Yankee stadium. Save the best for last I guess. (At least for a Yankee fan). Keep up the great work on the site. I'll post some pics from our past trips in the near future.
  • Dean Alaimo

Hi Craig, thanks for the welcome. I signed up over the weekend during a 5 park visit in 6 days this last week with my 14 year old son. I live in KC so we started there: Minn@KC on 7/31, SF@NYM on 8/1, NYY@Bos on 8/3, Det@NYY on 8/4 and NYM@Wash on 8/5. Originally from NY, I'm a Met fan. I signed up after I found the site when I was searching something and thought I'd look for tips...cool site! This was the 1st stadium binge we've done and I've been to 7 or so other parks if you include Shea and the old Yankee Stadium. We're thinking about another trip next year(west coast) and I'll be asking for tips/advice. 1 glitch I had this year was in DC...took the train in and hoteled at Dulles for a next morning flight...bad idea because of the distance and I paid for it. I haven't perused the site much, but would ask if there's a section for "tips of the trade"...may be a good add if there isn't already one.

Thanks again for the welcome and I'll be following stuff on here...

  • Steve Callan

    Hi Craig
Thanks for the note. My son and I will be vising Kaufmann Field on Aug 9 and 10. Hoping for great weather and games.
    Thanks again for the welcome.

  • Fred Allman (50total/30 current)

Thanks Craig. I have some photos from Fenway, Yankee Stadium, Miller Park and the HOF that I want to post on my page. I also highly recommend a trip to Central Park to NY visitors. If it's not recommended on the Chaser Guide, it should be.

    Take Care!

    Fred

  • Julie Esler

    Hey Craig,

Went to TB to see the Angels series a few weeks ago. Can you add these to chasers guide?

Eats/bar: Five Bucks Drinkery, 21-40 crowd (Downtown St. Pete, take the free ballpark trolley to its only stop and its a few doors up.) Everything is under $5! Try the grilled cheese stuffed with pulled pork and mac n cheese!

Flying Pig- a few doors up from Ferg's (across fr stadium.) Upgraded bar with air conditioning and 50 beers on tap!

  • Linda Meehan

Hi Craig, we had such a great time in Colorado this weekend. Although we didn't get to see a game it was great meeting some other chasers and the museum tour was great. Can't wait for the next meet up. If you need any help keep the "sisters" in mind...
    Linda
  • David (27-30)

whats up craig... anything planned on the east coast this year?
  • David (27-30)

That will be cool maybe we can meet up In Balt
  • Ty Kramer (48)

    Craig,

Thanks for the note. This is definately a cool website and i have book marked it and plan on visiting often. The last new park i saw was Miami in 2012 and that marked the current 30 stadiums in use today. Waiting for Atlanta's new one for the next one. We did hit a number of minor league places this year. Some very interesting stories from your members. Good Stuff..

    thanks,

    ty

  • Tom Kogel

    Craig,
Thanks for the welcome. Unfortunately, no new stadiums this year - just several visits to the Ted (Turner Field). I was happy my son recently visited Camden Yards for the first time. I was there last year the night that Mike Trout made that play of the year catch in CF. I was sitting 9 rows up in CF seats. The CF fans were giving Trout hell all night up until that point. I guess he shut us up.

Thanks again for a great site and let me know if you are ready to take in a game at the Ted. You only have 2+ seasons to see a game there.
