Hi Craig and thanks for the welcome.  I'm taking it easy this year and have two away trips planned.  Cleveland & Detroit as they are short drive away from Toronto.

  • Baseball Nutzoid

Thanks for accepting me...Apart from Citifield, I hope to get to Camden Yards, Turner Field and Skylands Stadium this season. More if time and money becomes available. A suggestion for this site would be to make it more mobile friendly or create apps for those like myself who almost exclusively use one over a computer.
  • Phil Chmielewski

Thanks for the welcome, Craig. Because of my job and other commitments, it's still a little early for me to make plans, I'll update the map and make notes accordingly as I get around.
  • Joseph

Hi Craig, I don't have anything big in the works this year, just Detroit because it's close but I am planning a trip to visit all 30 stadiums over a summer in the next couple years.
  • Joaquin Armstrong

Thanks Craig! Unfortunately no ballpark trips planned but I am going to the Rockies home opener tomorrow!
  • Joaquin Armstrong

    Will do!
  • Shawn Welsh (25)/26

Wanted to pass along to you that they don't have the Halo dog in Anaheim anymore.  I looked all over for it last season & was told with new concession company that they got rid of it.

  • Barry Hill

I'll certainly try to make it. I pushed my birthday trip back to October to see the Jets-Dolphins in London.
  • Dan Polizzano

Craig, thanks for having me on the site. I am actually heading to Atlanta in June with a few buddies to check out the Pirates vs Braves. Should be a good time.
  • Stan Costa (16)

Hey Craig! Find out about that game in Seattle on 7/7 yet?

  • Liam

In ten days we are going to wrigley, milwaukee and hopefully comerica in between
  • Marlene Stein

Hi Craig, thanks for the warm welcome. Went to Sarasota this year for Spring Training, 3 games at Ed Smith Stadium, 1 game in Orlando, and Tampa Bay Rays Opening Day at the Trop. We have one trip planned for Minneapolis and maybe one in Philadelphia. Went to Chicago last year, that was our first baaeball trip in a long time. Goal is to see all parks in my lifetime. :)
  • John Opipari

Hey Craig, thanks for the intro!  We were planning on going to Camden Yards and Nationals Park this summer as we have family in DC, but those parks are definitely off the table for this year in light of the turmoil in Baltimore.  Don't have a definite Plan B as of yet, maybe hit up some more Minor League places or Wrigley, as well as our usual 7-8 games at Comerica.  Thanks again!

  • Carly Siters

Thanks for the note! Im heading out to SoCal for work the second week of June. Hoping to hit atleast one if not two stadiums. The Angels and Dodgers.

Other than that if I can score a long weekend I may drive to Boston and finally hit Fenway

  • Amy Torres

Hi Craig! Thanks for having such a cool site. I actually found it while planning my birthday trip. May 25- May 29, 5 stadiums in 5 days! I'm hitting up Dodgers, Angels, Oakland, Frisco, and ending in San Diego. I'm actually a Braves fan so it works out because I get to see them twice. I'm very excited!
  • Angela Miller

Hi Craig! Very cool to have found this site...glad you set it up. I'm heading to Miami for a game over Memorial Day weekend, then have summer trips planned to Boston, Chicago (White Sox), San Diego, and Anaheim. I may have the chance to fit in a Detroit trip as well...should be a great 2015 baseball season,
  • Max Z

    Hey Criag,

Just wondering, why wouldn't we make something like a virtual map with virtual pins that let us track where we've been right on this site? I'm not sure i it's a licensing issue so if it is just feel free to let me know.

    Cheers,
    Max

  • Andrew Rochman

    Craig,

thank you for the welcome. I have 3 trips planned this year for ballparks I haven't been to. I am visiting US Cellular in June, Coors Field in August, and Turner Field in September.

Hi Craig! Thank you for the welcome. I am torn this year...My favorite player (Biggio) will be inducted this year...I can't decide if I want to go to cooperstown or a game. Thoughts suggestions? I guess I could do both :)

  • Lynn (15)

Thanks, Craig! Headed to Atlanta next week for a bit of R&R ... and baseball, of course! Hoping to take long weekends to Cincy and St. Louis this summer as well for a bit of bat and ball action. Thanks for hosting this site. It's providing a lot of useful info as I tackle the list. Play ball!!

  • MP Worden

    9 ball parks left

Milwaukee and Minnesota end of May

Dodgers, Diamondbacks, Rockies, Rangers and Astros in August

    Miami in July

Then Detroit will be the only one left
  • Chris

    Craig,

Thank for the welcome. I am trying to plan at trip to Seattle later this summer to hopefully catch a Mariners game. I recently returned from a trip to Texas to see both Globe Life and Minute Maid Parks. Checked off parks 11 and 12 on the list.
  • Bill Baker

Go to see the White Sox next Sunday...this will be the 20th Stadium on the list of 30....will definitely hit up KC and Milwaukee this summer!!

  • Ben Walsh

Hey Craig, not yet but hopefully soon! I'm always scheming on ways to get to games, but nothing's come to fruition yet. My 2 friends and I do the Cle-Cin-Pit triangle plus another varying game or 2 each year. Figuring out the possibilities for that was the impetus for creating my planning tool.

  • Chris

    Hi Craig
I am planning to go to Washington, Baltimore and Philadelphia the last week of June. Philadelphia will be my biggest challenge because I will be staying in Fairfax for the week but I am hoping to catch a train so I can hit all 3 that week? Any tips or ideas would be great. Thanks for the welcome I really enjoy this site and have used it for every ballpark visit I have done so far.

  • Ed

    Hi Craig
Yes I currently planning a trip to go to Marlins Park, Tropicana Field and Turner Field during the month of July. I was trying to look in to a Trop Field stadium tour but it appears that they are not doing them any more. Do you have any information on this?
    Ed

  • Beth

Thanks for the welcome, Craig! Our family is planning a trip in August to Baltimore, Philadelpha and Pittsburg. I'll have to scour the site for not to be missed features of each park.

  • Chris Martin

We just got back from Boston last weekend and Fenway wss great!!! I am planning on getting to Atlanta and possibly Tampa this year with some possible minor league stadiums thrown in. Thanks for the welcome.
  • Matthew McCall

Thank You Craig. I am heading to PNC park in July. Any must see places in and or around the stadium you recommend? I do plan on taking the ballpark tour in the am. THanks

  • Deanna Benbrook

Thank you, Craig. As a matter of fact, I am flying out to California on Saturday to go see Oakland, San Francisco, San Diego, Anaheim and LA.

  • Carrie Seeger Kapp

Thanks. I'm thinking of heading to Kansas City for the Brewers/Royals series, but I don't have anything concrete yet. Do you have a hotel recommendation?

  • Max Z

    Hey Craig,

Thank you for your reply, and ya that's what I had in mind. I understand the amount of work that's required in order to restore the widget, but in the mean time, something as simple as a collection of 30+ check boxes (without the map) would work wonders (which can be put on the same page as the profile questions). This also allows people to take a peek at other people's profile to see where they stand among the chasers overall.

After that's been built, if you have additional time to spare, you could run some simple sql queries to get interesting stats that you can show on the front page, such as distribution of "# of ballparks visited", most "favorited" ballpark, most popular home ballpark and so on.

    Cheers,
    Max

  • Aaron

Hey Craig! No plans yet, but plan on hitting at least 2-3 stadiums this summer! Not sure in which direction I'll be headed though!
  • Sarah Preis

Hey Craig! We're currently in Boston watching the Orioles at Fenway Park. We have a double header scheduled in Chicago the weekend of July 4. Seeing the Orioles play the White Sox and then the Cubs play the Marlins. Pretty excited for that trip! Hoping to make it to at least one other away game, but we're season ticket holders with the Orioles so we've got a lot of games coming up this summer! Thanks for the add!
  • Curt Moreland

Hey Craig. My group hit St. Louis and KC earlier this month. That puts us half way to all 30 parks.
  • Gary Spain

Thanks Craig. none for 2015 but definitely in 2016.

  • Scherm

Hi Craig, I have 2 trips planned for this summer. My son and I are heading to Cincinnati for the All Star Game next month. That will be a repeat stadium, but an incredible experience. We are also going to Chicago in August. I'll be attending my first White Sox game at US Cellular Field. We will be seeing a concert at Wrigley during that trip, but that saw a Cubs game there last summer. We will also hit 4 minor league stadiums this summer!

  • Cassie Dworchak

Hi Craig, We just visited Busch And Kauffman this June which was 18 and 19 for me. I may get out to Target Field in September, if we can get our family's schedules coordinated. :))
  • PD Tanner

    Hi Craig,
I've got a whopping baseball summer planned. I fly to Dallas July 29 with plans to see the Rangers and Astros. Fly to Atlanta August 3 and catch a Braves game. August 4 takes me to Orlando where I'll see the Rays and Marlins over the next 6 days. August 10 I'll go to St. Louis to see the Cards and the Royals. On August 14, I go on to Detroit.
Lots of baseball I'm looking forward to.
Haven't bought any tickets yet, but will get to that soon.
    Any recommendations?
    PD

We just finished visiting the last of the "new" ballparks this month (Minneapolis Target Field), which now completes the cycle of seeing every current MLB park!

    Target Field was great--definitely a Top 5.

While we were there, we wandered through just about every level of the park as we had tickets for a suite. Wandering around the Legends level was pretty interesting looking at the Killebrew memorabilia, but we had an unexpected surprise when we met a living Twins legend -- Tony Oliva -- who came through unexpectedly on his way to the broadcast booth and signed a few autographs!

Last week, we went to Fairbanks, AK to catch the Midnight Sun Classic during the summer solstice. No lights were needed for the late night games!

  • Don Southworth

Thanks Craig! I'll be able to cross off 5 more ballparks this year. I saw Comerica in May, new Yankee Stadium next week, Marlins Park, the Trop and Rodgers Field in Toronto in September.

  • Stephen Blue (21/27)

Hi Craig - Thanks for the welcome! Just getting started filling everything out. This looks like a neat place!

Planning on a Wrigley/US Cellular long weekend in August (Want to get to Wrigley before they do too much to it), and of course an annual visit to DC when my Braves are in town.

Looking forward to getting to know people here!

  • Sherry Langlais

Thanks for the welcome! I've been to 23 ballparks and will be venturing up the east coast the last 2 weeks of this month to see Rays in Philadelphia and then on to NY, Boston and Baltimore---all stadiums I've seen already. I was in Seattle in 2010!
  • David Lambert

    Thanks,
This year my son and I have been to Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Kansas City, Dallas (Texas) and Houston. Later this summer it's Denver, Seattle and San Francisco. That combined with last season will make 20 ballparks. The website is helpful and I appreciate the welcome.

  • Shannon Gordon

I just took a trip to Chicago, where I scattered my dad's ashes. I went to Wrigley a few years ago, but this time I went to the Cell. There's not much to it, but the fans are great. Next on my list is Cleveland. I've been past the park several times and it always looks very nice.

  • Shannon Gordon

Thank you, Craig. He was a baseball fan, and going to games was one of the things we loved to do together. He has family in Chicago, too.

  • Joe Adona

    Hi Craig,

I've been to 11 ballparks so far in 2015. Just got back yesterday from Atl-TB-Mia. I already have plans/tickets for 12 more this year and will get to the remaining 7 in 2016.

This site has been very helpful with my planning.

  • Joe Glendenning

My trip was fantastic. Got to see sherzer's no hitter so I couldn't ask for more than that. Washington was fairly easy to navigate using the transit system. The site is great. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. It's great work!
  • Gina Shaner

    Thanks for the warm welcome!
I've already been to Seattle and Texas Rangers with Cincinnati coming up later in the year. The site has been great so far but I'll let you know if I can think of something to be added.
    Thanks again!

  • Heather Miller

Thanks Craig! I'm headed to my first Tigers game next weekend, can't wait for that!
