The courthouse in Toledo, OH. I couldnt' believe how depressed Toldeo was. They have a brand new ballpark and a new minor league hockey arena. The few block radius around the park? Ghost town. Literally 80-90% vacancy rate. Nothing but empty storefronts for as long as the eye can see, only interupted by a USED furniture store, a few bars, a few restaurants, and a strip club cleverly named Marilyn's on Monroe (on Monroe St). Sad town.
