Our 3rd annual summer baseball roadtrip date has been decided. May 15-18. This year we are going to hit Toronto, Boston and the Hall of Fame. Starting from Detroit, Thurday night in Toronto, Friday in Boston(against the Tigers), Saturday Hall of Fame, Sunday driving back home.
Any ideas on some must see spots would be nice, but the biggest question I have is How long does it take to go through the Hall of Fame??. We'll be going before Memorial day so the hours I believe are 9-5.…

Good day,
I am planning on finishing my all 30 teams in their home stadium goal these next two years, and thought I would pose a question or two on here to those in he know.
Seattle is my main goal, and I was wondering how the transportation to and from the airport to the park is? I recall reading it was a short ride via mass transit, but wanted to get the exact details down before I finalize my plans. More than likely it will be a weekday game, and my goal is to fly into…

This is a trip that my family has been excited for for a while now. We live in New Hampshire, which is kind of trapped in a corner when it comes to seeing games. Therefore, we have to get somewhat creative in our trips, which we love doing together every summer. I turn 16 in July and my dream is to see all 30 stadiums by the time I turn 20.
Anyways... In the last week of April, while my school is on April Break, we will fly out west to see games in Phoenix and Denver over the course…

My wife to be and I have decided to hit the road for our honeymoon this summer after our nuptials in June. Now I know I am a lucky man but she is generally really excited to check out new parks and American cities. We are from Ottawa, Canada and two years ago I took her to Fenway Park and she fell in love with the whole experience. Baseball has been a big part of our relationship as I have been a competitive Little League coach throughout my courtship. This culminated this past summer in my…

We are considering making the trek to Cooperstown for the induction weekend at the end of July and catching a Buffalo Bisons game along the way.
I have been to the Hall of Fame and Cooperstown before but never for the induction weekend. It already looks like the hotels in the area are booked so any advice on where to stay?
Any advice on the induction day itself? How early should we plan to get there in order to have a chance of seeing the stage and hearing the…

I think we have decided to take a trip to the Los Angeles area in mid June and it looks to work out that we will be able to see the Dodgers at the beginning of the week and the Angels at the end of the week.
I have a couple of questions for anyone that lives in the area or is in the know:
1. Is there tailgating allowed in the parking lots at either stadium?
2. It looks like we may be staying in the Pasadena area - any recommendations for family-friendly…

Has anyone done San Francisco, Oakland and Seattle in one trip (driving from SF to Seattle)? How long did it take you? Have 7 stadiums to go and it would be nice if we could go to 3 this summer.

I had always dreamed of visiting all 30 the first summer after I retire but decided last year why wait. I set a goal last year to visit them all within a 5-7 year span. One week long trip and one weekend trip each summer and see all the sights along the way. I began last June when the Giants visited Turner Field for a weekend. This was my official kickoff to this goal although I had been there many times. In July for my week long trip I went to Boston > Cooperstown > NYC. Flew into BOS…
ContinueI have landed a job in Korea for the next 12 months. I start work on 14 February.
Opening day for the KBO is March 29 at Jamsil (Seoul), Munhuk (Incheon), Daegu (Daegu) and Sajik (Busan) and the season runs through until the middle of September. I can probably make Sunday afternoon games in Seoul, Incheon and Daejeon from where I will be living. but it will probably make more sense to go for a Saturday evening game and stay overnight. The other stadiums in the south of the…
