In 2013 I completed one of my bucket list items of going to all of the MLB ballparks. Fenway Park was the only one I hadn't taken my picture at, so we went back there in 2015, took the tour and had our picture taken.
Now with the Braves opening Sun Trust Park next month, I just got tickets to opening day. Looking forward to seeing another new ballpark!

Very nice. I am envious. I love watching MLB in person and these many new ballparks are clean and comfortable. However, I have an itch to see them all in my lifetime. I feel like every season that I gain 2 new parks, I lose one to retirement. Still holding at 38 lifetime and 22 of the present 30 stadiums. I loved hearing the French announcements in Montreal at Stade Olympique and their fabulous subway system.
Is that you in the Dodgers T-shirt? Do you have a favorite team or teams. Do you use a scorecard at games? Sorry for the 20 questions.
Just a curious old timer who loves ballparks,
Stuart Crane
The ballpark is very nice. There's an entire section outside of the stadium called The Battery that are nice restaurants, shops and a concert venue called The Roxy for fans to spend tme before and after the games.
Inside the ballpark is a Hall of Fame exhibit and a special section for Hank Aaron. A zipline and wall climbing area for kids. The Chophouse in right field has a section that can be rented out and you're at field level views.
Opening night, Hank Aaron through out the first pitch to Bobby Cox and a number of their other hall of fame players were there to open the park.
I attached a couple of pictures to give you an idea.
I would probably put this one 3-4 on my list of best ballparks behind AT&T Park, Citi Field and Wrigley Field.
thats so cool Gerry! I am attending the chasers meetup in June at Suntrust park and would be curious your thoughts on the ballpark.
Congratulations Gerry! What did you think of suntrust?
