We'll be at Great American Ballpark on Sunday. We're really looking forward to seeing Cincinnati, but there will be a little detour to Louisville for a Bats game on Friday and the Louisville Slugger Museum on Saturday.

Cincy was great. Harang threw a gem, complete game, 3 hit shutout with 9ks. The other in game highlight was the Pittsburgh Pirates turning a triple play which I had never seen in 100+ ball games attended. I'd probably rank Great American 5th among the ballparks I've been to. The 4 that rate above it are PNC, Petco, US Cell and Wrigley.
As for the Louisville Slugger Museum, that was really neat. Michelle and myself had done it about 12 years ago. Not much has changed, but Aaron really enjoyed it. The tour comes with a free mini bat, which is nice, and Aaron got his name engraved on a normal sized bat.
Louisville Slugger Stadium was really nice for a minor league park. The game got rained out on Friday, so we stuck around later than expected on Saturday and caught the game that night.
Have fun at GABP, it's a great park. The tour of the Louisville Slugger Museum is really cool, especially if you are there the day they are actually making bats. I have been there twice and both times they were and it was really cool to see how they did it, step by step.
Great park and city! Have fun and let us know about the Louisville Slugger Museum. I was thinking of adding that to the Great American Ball Park Chaser Guide.
