Hi,
My name's Diane and I love this site. Thanks, Craig! My college roomate (from Atlanta) and I (from Portland, Oregon--originally from the North Side of Chicago) started meeting every summer to go to a game. So far, we've been to Seattle, San Francisco, Wrigley Field, Atlanta, Baltimore, the old Yankee Stadium, Boston, Minneapolis. This summer we're going to Denver and just bought tickets down the first base line for a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains, according to the Coors Stadium website. It's such a fantastic tradition that we've created and we look forward to it all year long. It's the only time we see each other so we really do the town, wherever we are. Four solid days of fun--Broadway shows, live jazz, art museums, sightseeing and lots of great food. Since we only see one stadium a year, we probably won't see all 30 but we'll see as many as we can until we're no longer able to make the trip. I've also gone to a spring training White Sox game in Sarasota when I lived in St. Pete. I spent many a night at the Old Comiskey in 1977--what a year that was!--and I go to Safeco Field every summer with my husband. Luckily I have the Trailblazers to get me through the long rainy winter months.

Thanks for the suggestion, Ethan. That sounds great.
Meg, the AAA Rockies used to be here in Portland! I'm really looking forward to this trip.
Also, VERY near the stadium there is a historic baseball collection (independently owned) that you can go see for $5. It was AWESOME if you like that kind of stuff.
Enjoy your trip to Denver and Coors Field. Denver is a great city for sports and tourism. If you get a chance head south 1 1/2 hours to Colorado Springs and see the AAA Rockies SkySox.
