Suffice it to say, I've never had a ballpark experience like Midway Stadium in St. Paul, home of the Saints. I'm not sure if that's a good thing, or a bad thing. There is plenty of entertainment value, but it's hard to focus on baseball when the circus is in town. If I was a regular, the shenanigans might wear me out, but for a one night experience, it was very memorable. A full recap, here. The Saints are making progress on a new downtown St. Paul ballpark, which would be a huge improvement over Midway Stadium, so let's hope that happens.
