I've been to 6 current MLB stadiums, 11 overall. I'm actually more interested in minor league ballparks than Major League. I've been to right around 70 MiLB ballparks.
I grew up in Arlington, TX, and my family had Texas Rangers' season tickets in the late 80's and early 90's. That's where I fell in love with baseball. During the same time period, my dad was living in Huntsville, AL. I'd go to visit him in the summer and he'd take me to Huntsville Stars' games, when they were the A's AA affiliate. It was there that I fell in love with MINOR LEAGUE baseball. We'd get tickets, for probably $3-5 a piece, and I'd hang out during batting practice and warm ups and get autographs from guys like Chipper Jones, Mark McGwire, Carlos Delgado, etc.
Until recently, I've been fortunate to have work that included a lot of travel. During my early adulthood, I've been able to explore great ballparks. My work travel has diminished, recently, so most of my recent exploring has been on my own dime on my own time. That said, I got to 11 pro ballparks in 2015, adding 5 new ballparks to my career tally.
