Official World Record Attempt - 30 games in 25 days

Ok Chasers,

With the help of Josh Robbins, I believe that I have narrowed down the best possible attempt at seeing all 30 Ballparks in 25 days by land. This has become an obsession for me over the past 10 years, and every summer I planned it, something happened to derail it. This is more than likely the last possible year I will be able to attempt this feat and this is the reason why.

In 2010 I was diagnosed with Relapsing/Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. It really slowed me down, but not alot. I was still able to coach and do many of the activities that I loved. In late 2013, things started to progress to the point where I am now at the progressive stage of the disease. I am 39, walk with a cane, and can not enjoy the normal activities that I was used to in my everyday life.

I am a school teacher and have 6 children. My oldest just graduated from high school. The youngest is eight. He is the reason for this trip. This is my way to bond and spend the time doing something epic with more son. The chance to record and document our trip , so that he is left with a memory of somethin awesome, and not what I am becoming. This is why I neeed to give my dream a chance to happen.

I have had great support from family and friends and the idea of this has kept my spirit up when not much else has. So I officialy am publishing my schedule and I know there will be opinions. Please give them to me. There are a lot of places I have never been and don't want to miss the chance for my son to see something great.

If any one has stadium contacts that would be great. I have to have a log and get it signed before and after by stadium official.

Hey Bill! Did you ever get the chance to write-up a recap of your trip?

Very moved by your story! I'm hoping you pulled it off! We were at the same game on August 4...Detroit at NYY. I've taught for 27 years. God bless you!

Way cool and best of luck. Just saw that we were at the same games - NYY@Bos and Det@NYY! Wish I would've looked through this site sooner...would've bought you dinner - hot dogs :-) Again, best of luck on this...

Wow, I wish you the best of luck!  Just looking at baseball-roadtrip.com, it looks like a couple of those days are over 1400 miles!  Hope everything works in your favor.
