It has been a while but when the season is over I kinda go into hibernating on here so my apologies to my friends who think I dropped off the face of the earth. That and it drives me bonkers seeing pictures of stadiums before the season starts and I can't go anywhere for months because baseball season isn't around.

Well, it is back and I can't wait.

I saw the recent blog of 2010 Predictions and I'll go with mine. Mine might be skewered, but still...my predictions are my predictions. :)

AL Winners:
AL EAST: Yankees

AL WEST: Rangers
WILD CARD: Rays

ALDS: Yankees over Rangers; White Sox over Rays
ALCS: Yankees over White Sox

NL Division Winners
NL EAST: Phillies
NL CENTRAL: Cubs
NL WEST: Giants
WILD CARD: Braves

NLDS: Phllies over Giants; Braves over Cubs
NLCS: Phillies over Braves

World Series: Yankees over Phillies (again)

This year I already have my tickets for my baseball vacations. During opening week, I'm heading to the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington (dugout tix along 3B); then in June I'm going to Comerica Park and a few days after Progressive Field.

Also going to see Grayson Stadium (Savannah Sand Gnats) and AT&T Field (Chattanooga Lookouts). I actually like the minor league ambience as much or more than the MLB feel. I tried to get the wife to let me see a Mississippi Braves game on the way back from Texas but to no avail.

Should be a fun year!
