Quest Complete!!!

This past Saturday at Sun Life Stadium I completed for the 2nd year in a row the Quest of getting to a regularly schedule game at all 30 MLB ballparks in one season.

This season for me was all about raising awareness and funds for the SADS Foundation in memory of my wife Shawn Marie. I had set a goal of $10,000 for the summer and with the corporate sponsors we are currently at $18,300 and will top $20,000 in the coming days. 9 Down - Big Weekend Ahead

Hey Chasers - hope everyone is enjoying the season to date. I have now been to 9 ballparks this summer on my way to all 30. This weekend is Comerica on Saturday, Rogers Centre on Sunday and PNC on Monday. If anyone will be at those games please shoot me a message and we can meet for a beer or 3.

The Quest to get to all 30 ballparks this season has gotten off to a great start. First on the schedule was opening night at Fenway Park followed the next afternoon at Turner Field where I saw my beloved Cubs get smacked around by the Braves in the season opener for both teams.

I have also been to the Trop, Progressive Field and Citizen's Bank Park where Travis and Joey (the 30 ballpark 30 days guys) joined me at the the Marlins - Phillies game. It was great hanging out with them and… Continue

Special Weekend

In celebration of my wife Shawn Marie's birthday weekend - I am running a matching program for all donations to her memorial fund for donations received thru Sunday. The fund benefits the SADS Foundation with 100% of all donations being directly utilized by the foundation for their work in spreading awareness about SADS. All 30 in one season - Again

Last season I accomplished the goal of seeing an official MLB game at all 30 MLB ballparks in one season. I met so many wonderful people and had some really great experiences. This season I am going to do all 30 again only I am partnering with the Sudden arrhythmia death syndromes (SADS) foundation in raising awareness as well as money for the Shawn M DeVries Memorial Fund which benefits the SADS foundation.
